Navbahor: the first campaign you could count.
A pharmacy chain of 70 locations, growing to 100+, ran on POS data and intuition. A 10 store Vitrac pilot put a traffic number on every door, and one geotargeted post became the first campaign verified in walk-ins: +9.1%.
One of the fastest growing pharmacy chains in Uzbekistan.
Navbahor runs about 70 pharmacies across Uzbekistan and plans to pass 100. Growth came faster than measurement: nobody knew how many people actually entered each location, so staffing, marketing and store comparisons leaned on sales data and intuition. In 2025 Vitrac went live in a 10 store pilot.
The challenge
Seventy doors, zero traffic data.
POS was the only lens
Sales data existed, traffic data did not. Nobody saw how many customers walked in or when the peaks happened.
Campaigns without proof
Facebook and Telegram promos ran with no way to confirm they brought anyone into a store.
Comparisons by revenue alone
Revenue mixes footfall, location quality and team performance into one number, so support went to the loudest story.
The solution
A traffic number on every pilot door.
Counting, staff excluded
Real time visitor counts per store, hourly and daily, with peak hours visible for the first time.
Campaigns tested at the door
A geotargeted post for one pilot store was read against footfall: store traffic rose 9.1% while the post ran.
Dashboards at head office
Management now benchmarks locations on traffic plus sales instead of sales alone.
The results
What the numbers say.
+9.1% verified uplift
The first campaign measured in walk-ins, not just transactions.
+8% traffic growth
Month over month, across the pilot stores.
A fair benchmark
Stores are compared on traffic and sales together, so support goes where it moves the number.
In their words
“It is genuinely comfortable to work with professionals.”
