Adamari: the data rebuilt the team and the brand.
A 13-store fashion chain with strong traffic and weak conversion. Vitrac data led to a new management structure, a full rebrand, and 53.9% more revenue.
Thirteen stores of modern, affordable fashion.
Adamari is a fashion retail chain with 13 stores in Uzbekistan, selling modern and affordable clothing. The company runs on discipline, service quality and data driven management, and it was one of the first chains in the country to put Vitrac in every store.
The challenge
Full stores, flat sales.
Traffic without sales
The stores recorded high traffic, but conversion and average basket did not move.
No view of staff
There were no tools to see how each store team actually performed.
An unmeasured customer
The chain was positioned as menswear. Nobody had measured who really walked in.
The solution
From manual control to data driven management.
A new org chart
Senior salespeople were replaced by store managers responsible for results. A brand manager now oversees every five branches.
Pay tied to results
Salaries became performance based. Punctuality improved with clear rules.
A full rebrand
The data showed most visitors were women. Adamari rebranded from the ground up: new logo, new storefronts, new identity.
The results
What the numbers say.
Conversion 13% → 20%
Measured across all 13 stores.
+53.9% revenue
Network revenue grew from $872,888 to $1,342,955.
+$36,159 per store
Average store revenue grew from $67,145 to $103,304.
In their words
“Now decisions are made not by guesswork, but based on transparent numbers.”
